Design-Build
From your first design ideas to stepping over the threshold of a finished project, our architecture and construction team will take the lead in helping you achieve a high-performance project. Partnering with Cairn Collaborative, we incorporate passive house principles, zero net energy, climate responsive design, healthy interiors and more into every step of the process.
Sustainable Design
In addition to our certification and consulting services, our architecture team will provide design support to the architect of record, joining the design team to assist with early site analysis and incorporation of passive solar design, daylighting and optimized orientation, providing the foundation for beautiful, healthy, comfortable spaces with a low carbon footprint.
Field Training
For owners and builders wanting to expand their services and incorporate high-performance strategies, our construction team provides consulting and in-the-field training. Areas include Passive House certification support; rain screen, continuous exterior insulation and other high-performance envelope assemblies; all-electric mechanical systems; balanced ventilation; and renewable energy and storage.
