The project involved converting an existing retail space into an office use for the Chamber's Visitor Center and their administrative offices. The new office space is located in the historic "Paiarola" Building on a prominent street corner in downtown San Luis Obispo.In addition to the location and the buildng re-use, green buildng strategies include daylight, indoor air quality, and green buildng education for business members and the public.
